The problem is related to the Custom Color Settings in Internet Explorer 6.
I try to set the custom color settings in IE6:
1. - in the main menu: "Tools" - "Internet Options" - (General) - "Colors"
change the Background Color to BLACK and Text Color to WHITE.

I am not sure what version of  Explorer I am running. I am using Windows 98,
if that helps anyone.

Hello!  My PC is less than 6 months old.  About a week ago some sites I tried
