Looking for a way to measure throughput of my current DSL provider?  Does IE
6 have any metering or functionality of this type?  If not, how can I
measure?  Do you know of any reputable online meter or freeware for this need?
Pictures "out of focus" using IE04 Oct 2005 05:17 GMT2
When browsing, pictures on the page appear out of focus/pixellated.  Browsing
the same page using another browser and the pictures appear sharp.
Any ideas?

I'm regularly getting a Windows message that a page is downloading ocget.dll
from an unknown publisher.
Is there some way I can stop this popping up.  It doesn't seem to need to
load the file, so can I just skip the message?

I am running IE V 6.2.2900.2180.  IE will not connect (access) a www.xxx  or
http sites.  It will connect to secure sites (https) and Outlook Express
email works fine.  I think this means that port 443 (secure internet) and
21/25 (email) are OK but port 80 (standard internet) is ...

IE has stopped loading any webpage/website whatsoever. No changes to the
system at all, and I have tried both repairing and reinstalling. Any
suggestions that don't involve a complete reinstall of the OS?

Fellas, don't even bother about contacting support as to the run time
error problem. you'll only get ripped off.Do as described. simply
delete the Googles Tool Bar and your problem will go with it

Everytime I try to uncheck the "Display friendly http error messages", IE
hangs and I have to kill it.

I cannot browse one secure website... I have cleared my cache, temp files,
cleared the ssl state, and even reset the dll file... While on the phone
with SBC...I had my wife try it from her work, and she could access this

I am utilizing the 'My MSN' feature, and several times daily, the my home
page contains articles from days or even months ago. A few minutes ago I was
able to read about Hurricane Ophelia meandering off Florida's coast, and
whole modules disappear, such as sports scores, etc. ...
