I have been experiencing a problem in which client PCs get a "Cannot
find server or DNS error" error page in Internet Explorer.  I believe
the problem is related to the problem described in kb831167.
I have downloaded the patch from kb831167 but it won't install

I CAN browse https sites using IE but CANNOT browse http websites. Firefox
can browse any sites.

When I go to print preview with xp and IE6 I see html code instead of the
web page.  If I print it prints the html code instead of the web page.

I have checked all the settings and they are set to play animations in web
