Everytime I try to open IE it tells me it encountered a problem and needs to close. Reinstalling didn't work. The technical info says it has to do with the sysig32.dll file. Any ideas?

Lately when I download with IE, the file will get to 99% then I will get the Internet Explorer has to close page then a Dr. Watson warning. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it. I can download from Firefox fine. Thanks.

http://www.w3.org/Graphics/PNG/inline-alpha.html In FireFox this sample image show the background through the transparent png. But IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.0530301-1519 shows a gray background. Is this a known issue? Is it just my browser?
