I have an html local file with active x script and have not been able to
discover the security settings that will allow it to load without blocking
and messages.

i have added Googgle in my favorites. why is the Googgle icon [G] changed to
IE standard icon "e"? How can I retained Googgle icon and the rest like Yahoo?

I installed software for a new Canon iP4200 printer and it put a Canon tool
bar on my IE  6 browser page.  I can't figure out how to get rid of it.  Can

I installed the Comcast Toolbar. Everytime I reboot my computer, it
disappears and I have to go into view/toolbars to get it to display again.
What can be causing it to get unchecked when I reboot.

I have a very sophisticated web app that uses a lot of overlapping
components.  Most of the app is .asp / thin and that works just fine.  
However, there are some portions of the app that will require "thicker"
technologies.

I just installed Itunes and it screwed up my IE and media player settings,
ARRG. Windows media player now plays inside of the IE window instead of
opening the apllication by itself. I cannot seem to find the option to change

I just purchased a Packard Bell computer and the toolbar in Internet Explorer
(v.6)(and Outlook Exp) is colored purple by packard-bell - it's awful, I hate

I seem to have broken my ability to use security zones throughout my domain.
On Windows XP machines, I can't add or remove sites from the trusted or
