I'm trying to download some short films that takes several hours. But after a few hours I get a message saying that the internet has reset itself. Even while I'm using the internet. It just started doing this a week ago. I don't know why it's doing this.

even though I have the box ticked to keep my Passport signed in, I keep having to sign-in when I post here. Is this normal or can I keep 'signed in' like the checkbox seems to imply ?
