Using XP pro Sp2 and IE6Sp2 Recently our local lan was setup as a domain. Since I set my computer to log on to the domain I can no longer changer the IE start page. If I enter a new start page and click apply then reopen it returns to the following text:

Every time I open IE6 my text size has been changed from medium to large. Is there a way to fix this so it always stays on medium. I have changed it numerous times under "view" but it always changes back to large next time I open program.

Duron 800, 512 RAM, 30 gigs free on HD, Win XP Pro with all security upgrades. Was running Zonealarm Free version. The machine is connected to an ethernet router for internet access and all other PC's connected to the router are browseing with no problems.

I want to keep the Yahoo Toolbar because my niece uses it but I want to be able to turn it off. Each time I do when I load explorer again it is back. How can I close the toolbar for good?

I have a bookmark file that I exported to my D drive from my C Drive some time back. I want now to import it to my favorites in the IE6. When I do it finally it says "not a valid bookmark file".

When you download a file, IE gives you the option to either open it directly, or to save it first. If you choose to open it, IE saves it in Temporary Internet Files, and appends [1] to the file name. Now, this is usually fine. But, if you open an Excel file that way, the

My Dell pc (XP SP1) keeps "loosing its connection" to the Internet. When I reboot my pc, I can once again browse websites, but only for a while. It doesn't matter whether I am using IE6 or FireFox1.5. Here are some more facts.

Have a Dell Inspiron 1150. Was working OK; then, IE6 simply failed to load; although, Task Manager reflects each instance of IE6 I try to load. It's just that the browser never comes up. Also, CPU useage appears to be maxed out.

I have previosly posted about the flash issue, still not working. Tryied playing wav files from web and wont work either. Everything is up to date. pop up blockers turned off. Flash adds won't work. Latest version of flash downloaded too, still nothing.

my ie6 keeps locking up. if you try to reboot it comes up with either gcasServ.exe not responding or iexplorer.exe not responding. done the hijack this stuff and here's the results. would be grateful if anyone could give me any more advice.
