I know there are quite a few topics about how to "unblock" the IE 6.0's toolbar, so that they can be moved and dragged, etc... The problem is the usual solution to this trouble is: go to View --> Toolbar --> Block Toolbar...

IE 6 recently started opening slowly and not closing. I will get multiple iexplore processes in Task Manager. Event viewer also shows the following: Hanging application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
