Getting error with JAVA- Java (TM) Plug-in Fatal Error. The JAVA runtime environment cannot be loaded from c:\ etc. I think this started after install Norton Internet Security 2006 (but that may be coincidental).

I am using a Dell Dimension 4600 computer running Win XP 2002 SP2 Home Edition, MS Internet Explorer/Outlook Express v6.0.2900. I am having problems printing emails and after trying many things have decided to uninstall and reinstall IE and OE as a potential fix.

I have two users who are unable to view maps from the MapQuest site. They get the directions, etc but no image file, no red X, etc. They are using IE 6, SP1, with all patches applied on XP Pro machines that also include full versions of Office 2003 (also fully patched).
