A user is trying to get to a site that requires a certificate.  When
she goes there, it immediately goes gives her the Page Cannot Be
Displayed page.  It does not even ask for a certificate before it gives
the error msg.

Hi everbody,
when I try to  print or preview html pages I get only the page count and the
footer apart from this the  page is blank.
The footer shows somtheing like file://c:/documents and

When I click on view source in IE, it opens up in ultraedit.
Ultraedit no longer works so I cant see the source.
How can I change it so that view source will open in notepad?
