Grrr...anyone know how to keep this annoying little folder from popping up in

I am trying to share my ie history file among my two XP user logon
accounts (home and work) so when I am logged in from my home account, I

whenever anyone signs on to internet explorer we get a pop up saying our time
has expired and we need to fallow the link.This pop up stays on the screen
and can't be moved. the link goes to "movieland"?
