Runnning IE6 and text size is cinstantly changing when i oepn and close IE, sometimes from page to page. I keep adjusting text size but no good.

when I try to print a page on my hp DeskJet printer, sometimes it doesn't print the right 3/ 4 inch of the page or so. I have changed to margins to .5". better ,but still not there. Is there a setting to adjust to paper size like on acrobat?

A colleague is struggling at this moment. His system is XP Home (legitimate, of course) and up to date. He has always accessed Yahoo webmail from his computer via his browser. He recently ran "ccleaner" which may be coincidental to the onset of the problem.
