I recently have encountered this problem. I download a program, such as Google Taskbar, but then cannot locate where the download went. I look in My Documents, but it is not there? Any suggestions?

Somewhere I read where you can place an icon file on your web server and it will show up next to the URL and in your favorites list. I have searched a bit and cannot find, can you help? Looking for what to name the icon and the size of it.

Windows XP pro. When I open the I.E, it opens as maximized. But when I open any link within by right-clicking > Open in New Window, this will open it as minimized. The properties of the browser is set to "Maximized".
