I have a Dell Inspiron 2200 with XP HOME. While working on the internet today, it suddenly froze. The cursor would not move and in fact the computer was totally unresponsive (except the fan was going). I had to hold the on/off button down to shut it down.

This is a new problem. Whenever I browse to a site opening in a new window, the Back button, of course, greys out and becomes inoperative which is to be expected, but when I click on the X to close the new webpage, IE closes completely. It gives me no options. I can't go Back ...

As there don't seem to be any English IE7 groups, I'm hoping this is appropriate. I had to remove the beta 2 from my system as a couple of packages/sites I utilized didn't recognize or work with IE7. Has anyone heard if among added features with the newer beta 3 release if ...
