I am trying to block out sites  like bravenet.com and zango.com,
casalemedia.com. I went to tools-internet options-privacy-sites and added
them to blocked but they are still coming up and putting data miner cookies
in my computer.

       I installed a new program on my computer (running XP).  Right after, I
noticed that IE6 was broken.  Search boxes like on Google and Yahoo don't
search.  I can type, and hit return or click go, but nothing happens.

Hello. When I open a new window (either through the menu File/Window/new or
through clicking on a link that does it) the old window closes.
Although I am using IE7 now, it happened with IE6 too.
Where is the problem?

I'm not sure how this happened, but when using IE 6 with XPpro SP2
(and all updates) it started only showing one letter per page, that was open.
It shows a W
for thw Windows XP newsgroups.

I have a webpage that continues to come up on my computer even though it is
no longer valid.  I've tried to clear all my history but each time I type in
the good web address, it automatically sends me to the index file that no
longer is live on the web.

Seems that on some sights (eg: Hotmail) there are areas of the page that are
not loading (appears to be advertising spaces). I've done the Shockwave
un-load, load, same with Java etc... yet, some areas of the site are not

I have Internet Explorer 6.00.2900.2180 on a XP Pro SP2 system.  Every time I
try to access the internet with it I get a blank page (no error) message of

We have about 20% of the computers at our instituion wont load a
Java-based web site.
The page loads saying Loading resource... but hangs there.  These
resources are java that runt he page.  We cant seem to find any

While trying to switch to full view watching msn video on WMP 10 it switches,

I have problem with each site that uses ActiveX control. Even though it
seems that EI does load then it doesn't give them permisssions.
Those controls (they are signed) just don't want to work.

msn.com is my home page and it hasn't updated since Aug. 9th, I have run
virus programs, ad aware, and refreshed the  page numerous times and still
get the same result, also deleted all temporary internet files. Any
