I've recently been unable to get into the Control Panel with my WindowsXP
Home Edition OS.  The moment I see the Control Panel Screen, a series of
messages appear "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem.....", "An error
has occurred in Internet Explorer ...etc."

My internet connection keeps crashing on me.  I'll be on the web, and I'll
see a dialog box saying that IE has encountered a problem and needs to shut
down.  The error log references the ntdll.dll file.  I'm running Windows
2000, if that helps.

The left part of the screen is left blank until press the REFRESH button.
