While trying to access a particular website (www.hi5.com) all i get is
Cannot find server or DNS Error.
i've tried successfully to access other websites but www.hi5.com is the only
one i cannot get through.

I am on a website and I click a link to open a chart.  A window opens up
showing the chart, but then closes immediately.  I would like to know why my
new window doesn't stay open to view it.  Thanks for any help you could give
me.

For some reason when I click on favorites it shows everything in the
order that they last appeared. I want them to appear in alpabetical
order, but cannot figure how to do it. What do I need to do to
accomplish this?

The past three days I have been getting the error code above.  It then asks
me to hit okay or cancel.  If I hit okay another pop-up comes up saying I
need to debut.  When I hit okay it shuts down IE.

When I close instance of Internet Explorer, it does NOT kill the associated
process in task manager.  I can have multiple instances running until system
crashs.  I am running XP with SP2.

to download for IE 6.0, but nowhere do I really see a site for
downloading the entire version.

I have windows XP with IE 6 and my internet connection shuts off by itself
after anytime from 1 hour or more after I open the computer.

*sometimes* when closing/exiting IE the screen page disappears but the tab
on the bottom tool bar indicates it is still live (but won't maximise if
clicked).

There is an icon in the taskbar 'virus alert' and popsup very often
intrupting my programmes. I tried every way to delete it. even the registry.

I got a new laptop and used the "Files and Settings Transfer Wizard" in Win
XP to transfer my IE settings from my old computer.  Now, I cannot change my
