When I try to save a jpg or a gif it will only allow me to save it as a bmp. I had this trouble once but don't remember what the solution was. Can someone help me out? Thanks. Debbie

I sometimes get a warning from Norton firewall tyhat ie.exe is attempting to acces the web , and recommends it is blocked, which I do. Is ie.exe the internet explorer program ?. Have I got a virus of some sort & what should I do ?

I have created a simple ActiveX control and installed it on a web server. I am able to open the page on my computer, but not on anyone else's. I suspect the problem lies with how the activeX control is installed. Most websites, if not all that have the ActiveX control
