my IE 6.0 drives me crazy - klicking on the taskbar icons of IE 6.0
(same with outlook express)
doesn't start the desired application - instead in both cases the
"normal" file explorer opens.

I'm making an Explorer Bar.
In default, it isn't called SetSite.

I want try IE 7 Bata 3 but I am concerned that some people here have had problems with it.
If I install it can I use System Restore to get back my IE 6, SP 2 without any problems?
Or do you think I should wait for the release version?

Often (not every time), when I type a URL in the address bar, and click
"go," nothing happens.
(No "downloading http://www..." statement or green progress indicator in the
status bar...nothing at all.)

We have 2 offices down the road from each other, from one location we type
in our web address and there is no problem, but at the other building no one
can pull up the site, it says we can't find...

I'm trying to access a website that is password protected.  When I
access the site, I am presented with the standard IE username and
password pop-up box.
However, the dialog box does not contain the "Remember my Password"

i can't download from microsoft.... i can download from anywhere else, but
not microsoft... any ideas on why?
i get page cannot be displayed errors.

Hi, where can I report a bug in Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3?  If I open more
than 4 browser tabs, IE 7 B3 crashes and closes.

Often  when I am browing the Web for a particular topic I come across a
series of web sites that I would like to add to the same location in my
Favorites subfolder tree.  As it is , each time the menu starts me off at the
very top of my subfolder tree, so that I repeatedly have ...

when I open Internet Explorer and press Ctrl + O (or Ctrl + L) to show the
Open dialog, after entering the URL and pressing Enter the dialog window
freezes for a minute. Even the mouse cursor hides when it's inside the IE
area. After it unfreezes eventually, it works ok.

When I right-click on a .gml file and select "Save As...", the file extension
is changed to ".xml", and the file type is "XML Document" by default. I have
to manually select "All File (*.*)", and write ".gml" to save the file using
its correct name and extension.
