Some of our lab computers no longer accept just the "www.someURL.com"
in the address bar (is this a function of autofill?) while others allow the

Lately when i open my IE to use, it will automatically opens a few other IE
windows showing free MP3 or video downloading screens. I tried using

I use XP Pro SP 2 on my desktop and I use Road Runner for Internet and Email

I have Windows XP with SP2 installed.  When I look to see which version of
IE I have, I get 2 different answers.  If I go to RUN & type in winver, it
says I have 5.1   But if go to Help at the top of the window & click on about
