Following setup:
- test.xml locally
- test.xsl on an IIS
text.xml contains "<?xml-stylesheet href="http://myserver/xml/test.xsl"

I know that the iorder of the cons for things like Page Forward, Stop
Loading, etc. can be changed.  I'd like to know if the order of "File, Edit,
