When I try to open a IE browser, after the click, for a while, it's appear just for a moment and then soon close by it-self! How could I do to fix the problem?

windows 3D screen savers seem to have vanished from my pc,they used to be , when I try to select one ,small white screen tells me there is none compatible.The options to select one is there.What is wrong?somebody tell me.

I know that you can sometimes find an icon by checking somedirectory\favicon. What I would like to be able to do is just take the one in the cache and copy it to my icon directory. How can I find the one in the cache?

Just a note - the latest IE browser patch causes a number of legitimate business sites to not work any more. I imagine MS will soon issue a patch for the patch.

It makes me wonder how to export IE6 SP1 favorites into a HTML file when some of them are in US English and some in Serbian Cyrillic font (coding, whatever). In fact, after an export, within a new HTML file, all Cyrillic names are changed to something like that: ?????, ????? etc ...

Please advise on how to set the browser option in ‘Check for newer versions of stored pages’ to ‘Every visit to the page’, under the Temporary Internet Files settings, so that all PCs in the network will have the same setting each time they login. Thanks!
