I am running XP SP2 with IE 6 SP2.  When I try to Send Link by Email I get an
error that my Exchange Server is Unavailable however Microsoft Outlook is
open & running.  I do have Outlook set as the email program in IE options.
Why won't it recognize that Outlook is available?

I'm running Windows XP Pro, and the latest IE.  I've reloaded three times
now.  Everytime I finish with SP 2, I lose services, and IE works then
doesn't work.  Very speratic.
Is this a known issue?

We have certain banners running on websites that link to our website.
If you click on the banner the first time, it takes you the website.
