Every time I shut down a window I get the message "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. Sorry for the inconvenience." I am getting really frustrated because I can't figure out why it keeps doing this. Any ideas?

Running WinXP with IE6.0. When I go to web sites, click on active links, or go to a different web page, my IE suddenly shuts my pc down. This only happens on occasions, and is random and intermittent. There is no pattern to the problem, such as

I'm using IE 6.0.2800.1106CO. I note that if I delete a History item, it does not go to the recycling bin. The item appears to be gone forever! Is there any way to restore deleted history items?

I have quite a simple problem and it goes like this. When I'm using I.E. and add a favorite website to the favorite folder, the icon has a picture from that site, but the next time i use I.E. the icon has changed to the blue E default one. Hope this makes sence. Thanks for your

Hey all, In Internet Explorer 7, my site http://www.ulujain.org/ scrolls poorly under IE7, and I'm not sure why. It didn't do this under IE 6.0 and it doesn't do this under any other browser or OS.

Why is it that IE6 wants to save cgi-pages to disk instead of displaying them. Cant figure out any reason for it. Anyone that has any ideas why? Regards Tomas Larsson

I am still using Explorer 6. I have some flash animations on my website, which used to show fine. Recently parts of the animation (such as some text) have stopped showing. They do however show fine in Firefox, and when I play the animation straight from my file.

I recently had to reload WindowsXP - IE6 fails to remember usernames/passwords - even though I click the "remember" box. Any ideas why?

My IE6 will not go to ANY websites, but firefox and AIM work fine (except for GMail notifier). I've tried reinstalling IE6 but this has not worked as well as run the sfc /scannow process - neither has worked.
