I have a brand new Dell laptop with XP Media center edition. IE 6 image
toolbar from the very beginning has popped up ok but always above and to the

I recently reformatted my pc and am now having problems viewing images on
some websites (not all).  All I see is a box outlining where the image would
be, with a smaller box in one of the corners, with a red "x".  I suspect
there is something blocking the image, but I don't know ...

I have IE6 with XP Pro SP2 on Dell Latitude.  The problem started with IE
opening to a blank white page and ending with a Not Responding message.  I
tried to clear the cache, history, etc. files and kept getting a "run dll
error" message.  Per previous posts, I relinked the dll ...
