I have a user running Windows 2k Pro SP4 and IE 6. She's not able to pull up
shortcuts from her desktop or out of Outlook. She is able to manually type
them in.

I am running IE6.  It is  displaying numbers in the bottom panel in the
following format: #########[##:##:##] - #########[##:##:##]
Any idea what this is?  As far as I can remember this has only been going on
for a couple of weeks.

Up until recently, when I clicked a link in "window 1", the results appeared
in a new "window 2" -- and subsequent links clicked in "window 1" opened in
that same "window 2".
Then I installed IE7...hated it...uninstalled it.  Now back in IE6.

I can see File, Edit, View, etc bar but the line with the back and forward
arrows, the stop icon, the refresh button, etc is missing.
Also missing is the address bar which usually starts at the extreme left.

I didn't use to have this problem:
I am using IE6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2
Web sites such as MSN and Expensibles.com do not recogize IE version 6. When
i try to access my hotmail account it says:
