I am trying to figure out how I can tell what hotfixes for ie6 I have
installed and then how I would remove a particular one.  The IE hotfix
KB918899 is possibly the cause of my issue.

My computer and IE6 is working fine and I can access all websites on the web

I can't seem to get IE7 to remember passwords and login names.  I have gone

I have an email address ending in "gimail.af.mil".  Both with IE6 and IE7, I
get a message that the certificate is invalid.  I have attempted to install
it both automatically stored and selectively stored but to no avail.  Any
