Although the download is successful the Download dialogue hangs at 99%. Task
Manager shows the task as "Not Responding". I therefore end the task which in

Very strange issue..... When 1 of the client workstations in my domain tries
to access a few particular folders (not every folder) on my FTP site, it CAN
access the folders, but it looks like the window is constantly refreshing.  I
can see the status message in the lower left ...

At first I was using IE 6, and it started doing this weird thing where when I
clicked the icon either in programs menu or the desktop shortcut, it would
open IE but in a minimized state.  Then I'd click the tab to maxmize the page
