Very strange issue..... When 1 of the client workstations in my domain tries
to access a few particular folders (not every folder) on my FTP site, it CAN
access the folders, but it looks like the window is constantly refreshing.  I

  I have a tomcat server running on my machine. Whenever I type IP
address of the machine to run the  application it is successful But
once I run it using localhost. I am not able to get the page.I am
