Is there an option in IE 6.0 or any other 3rd tool that makes any web
site you visit black and white?  That is, IE 6.0 works as a B/W browser

I created a .wab address book file from my old OE  and tried to IMPORT  into
OE  6.  Everthing looks OK, but when done no addresses have been imported!

Somehow something changed the IE toolbar (Back, Forward, Stop, Refresh, etc)
so that the icons are spread out / there's too much space between each one.  
Does anyone know how to correct this and restore them to the default settings?

   IE 7 is just installed on my computer as their auto update, then my
