After installing the release version of IE7, I have an interesting
problem.  When I open the browser, I get a quick splash screen, then IE
closes with no error message.  To access the web, I have to open
Windows Explorer and type the web address in the address bar.  This

But the options is not accessable. According to the help file, it requires
