Hi everyone.  I have recently come across a printing problem that I
can't seem to solve.
Whenever I try to print from Outlook Express or IE, I only get a blank

I've recently updated to IE7 for Windows XP SP2 and removed IE6 and IE5 from
my Cpanel program Setting in Change or Remove Program by mistake. I can still
see IE6 in my computer C:\\Windows but I can't find IE5.  Is it possible to
add IE 6I  back if EI 5 seems to be missing.

I have a machine that is used by different users. There is one
particular page that has a drop-down select box. Once a selection is
made in this box, a second box is SUPPOSED to appear.

Since a few days when I open Internet Explorer it opens but as soon as I
press a button or do anything with it, it shuts down.  I have done a Virus
check, an sfc, no luck I still have the same problem.  Any idea what could

specifically the web sites visited and date visited, to a file for analysis.
There is a post on the Microsoft web site which suggests doing a Print
