I have IE6 and Windows XP. No matter how I arrange my IE Toolbars (and lock them), next time I logon they have re-arranged themselves. Anyone know how to tame these toolbars please? Gerry

I noticed that after some Windows Update, IE6 (also 7) asks to restart the computer after some plugin was sucessfully updated. Do you know why? And, most important, does anybody know a way how to avoid the restart?

I am looking for a method where I can dynamically choose whether to use the hand cursor or pointer cursor, without actually identifying the browser first. IE supports the 'hand' cursor and not the 'pointer' cursor, and Firefox supports pointer instead, but not the hand pointer.
