When using IE6 I'm getting an error message "Explorer has encounterd a
problem & needs to close sorry for inconvenience etc etc" the error codes
are as follows:
code: 0xc0000005            flags 0x0000000

First of all, removing all 3rd party plugins in IE works for some
people, but not all (didn't work for me).
I found out the thing that was causing my IE to crash was a Windows
Update patch, particularly KB923789. Go to Control Panel and double

I needed to reload windows, so I followed instructions for backing up outlook
express.  I put it in a folder on external hard drive.  After installed
windows again, I placed folders with files on desktop followed instructions
for importing saved files for outlook express.

I had to reinstall Windows XP.  Before deleting previous version, I copied my
favorites list to a CD.  How do I add my previous Favorites list to the new
(and mostly empy) list?

While viewing a page, the previous page jumps back.  Using the forward arrow,
I can get it back, but it will jump back again.  This can happen several
times until it becomes stable, but then when changing the page, it starts to

I opening an application in IE through IP address for all modal dialog
boxes a status bar is displayed even if the attribute "status" is set
to "no". This works fine if application is opened through system name.

I have got a new problem when I try to open more than ones session of IE.
If I open one session of IE and then try to open another session of IE, then
the first opened session automatically shuts down. So I can't have two or

I am having 4 Workstations WinXP SP2 and since a short time everytime I open

When I type in the address of a website that does not exist into

On a computer running win xp pro, I have the following problem with
IE6. Whenever
I try to save a jpg graphic from the web, I can only safe it as a bmp
file.

If I go to View and >Full Screen, it works fine. However, when I restart the
browser, it reverts to the standard screen.
How can I get the browser to open in full screen, automatically?
