I have recently come across an issue whereby when I
Ctrl+left click, IE6 opens a new window as opposed to
allowing me to select multiple items within the window. I
found this happens in IE6 sp2 but not sp1.

All:
I've been perusing a bizarre little laptop with a clean install of Win
XP Pro with SP2. Only apparent additional installs are the Google
Toobar for IE and MS Office 2K3.

When I open sites even internal sites which have pictures, those pictures do
not show until I right click and then click "Show pictures".
Is there a way to make them download without right clicking and then "Show
pictures"

My IT guy mistakently went through the registry and deleted all
jscript keys.
The only solution that he can come up with is to completely reistall
the system, which would take a week or so to get fully functioning

My IE7 address bar disappears as soon as I hit a keystroke while
editing/typing an address. I have tried evrything I know. Deleting

I am wondering if there are any add-on programs that allow a user to change
their quick links on their internet explorer (the links near the top), so
they can become drop-down favorites.
Example, If I have 5 quick links such as:

It appears that my e-mail database files have become corrupt and OE6 has
started new ones e.g . inbox(1).dbx,  sent(1).dbx etc.  All previous e-mails
lost!   I noticed that there were backup files in the recycle bin, inbox.bak
etc.

I've a problem with an activex, I need enable "Initialize and script ActiveX
controls not marked as safe" setting in the zone of intarnet. My problem
appears when i change the value an i restart the computer and the value is
disable. In the registry the key is:

Had IE 7 everything worked fine until I did the updates - then screwed
everyhting up. Destroyed my secondary browser AT&T Yahoo -DSL.
Deleted IE 7 - deleted and re-installed ATT&T browser.
Everyhitng appears to be working fine now.
