IE7 freezes when I try to launch a link (shortcut) to a web sit (e.g. a
shortcut to www.google.com). I have to free it with the Task Manager.
However, if I copy the URL into Start/Run then IE7 launches fine. I cannot
figure this out and would appreciate some idea. The problem ...

Sometimes websites use their own default cursor style. The arrow
changes to something 'funny' or letters follow the cursor like a tail.
Is there any way to prevent this? I tried to change my settings in

I have LAN that has two XP systems and a printer.
On one system I cannot access the site of  one store. There is no problem
