I've just set up my router on a hub on a LAN.  Now I can't access my own
website with one of the computers on the network.  No problems with the other
computers either connected to the same hub or wireless.

to open an instance of the default browser viewing (url)

IE does not remember my settings, if I open the favorites sidebar and the
close IE, when I open IE again the favorites closed is closed. I have checked
my settings with another user on the same computer & they are the same - when
this other user is logged on under his ID, IE ...

I don't want to change the default location of the 'my photos' folder
which can be done with tweakui or a registry change.
When right clicking on an image in IE6 one is offered 'my photos' and
that is what I'd like to change.

Web shortcuts on the Desktop will NOT open unless IE7 is open.   (This was
NOT the case w/ie6.)  Browser window frame (outer edge) is displayed - tab
says "Connecting" but all else freezes, i.e. wallpaper is seen.

How can I disable the command in any later version of Internet Explorer that
allows any user to set an image as a desktop background? I think the only
place this occurs is in the right click context menu.

Odd problem with IE7, every now anD then we loss half the screen, the bottom
quarter of the screen will go grey.
This happens in many different web pages but only happens in IE7.
The only way to remove the 'grey screen' is to closed and re-open IE7.

I have a user who, back in the fall, tried to upgrade to IE7 when it was
still in beta mode.  IE would not run after doing this, and I had to do a
system restore to the previous day to get it removed from her system.

Occasionally, the URL saved in Tools - Internet Options - Web Document tab
will change on its own for no apparent reason. For example, the favorite may
