I have my tabs set to "Open links from other programs in: A new tab in the current window". However when I click a link in Google it always opens in the current tab. How can I fix this? Thanks.

I don't know what happened but in IE7 when I click on Tools\Internet Options I get a window which states "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your System administrator"
