Hello and thanks for any help.
When I open a new window in IE7 it is full width and only half height. I
probably resized it to this position to see multiple windows at some point
but I can't get it back. Every time I open a new window it goes right back to

This message pops up on my desktop about every 45-60 seconds when I have IE
