On my system IE7 was configured to handle data of MIME type "image/tiff" or "image/x-tiff" using the Apple QuickTime Plugin. I turned off this association. Anybody know how to restore the default handler for these MIME types?

weird problem. you can usually enter xyz.com into your browser and it will render the page, but we have one browser in the building that you MUST enter http:// before the web address or it doesn't work. Any thoughts?

IE used to provide a dialog box asking whether I want Windows to remember my password to certain sites, but it no longer does (at least not for the sites I'm interested in). I may have accidentally checked a box that says "don't ask again". Can I restore this feature?
