Does anyone know if there is an AD Group Policy plug in available for IE7?

Does anyone know how to set the connections settings in IE7 so that the "Never
Dial a Connection" will hold? IE7 always ges back to "Dial whenever a network

More exactly, there's a page on my website which I can't access. I get the
message "The page cannot be found". I've replaced the file several times.
I've even re-written it. I can access the page (by links) on my own computer
but for some reason it just won't work on the website.

Autocomplete does not work at all with my IE7 SP2. If I type in
