I have a customer's older Gateway w/xp home sp2 in the shop that is having
problems that seem to be related to IE6 and/or activeX. Vanilla web pages
work ok, but when trying to logon to yahoo mail or hotmail, IE puts up "page

After installing the security updates today and yesterday on 200+ computers
in my school district, every single one of them now totally locks up in

I recently kept getting a Windows error message on booting saying that
a file was occupying restricted windows memory and that it was being
rewritten elsewhere.  Fed up with this I found out that the file was
to do with Realtek Audio.  I deleted this file thinking that the

The search engines find my web page but if I click on "Images" there
is no  image to see.I renamed and resized the images but  nothing
changed.
