Why do the icons shown next to my favorites keep reverting to the Windows general webpage icon? Is there anything I can do to stop this issue, aside from manually re-assigning my favorites? Thanks,

Bit hard to describe this, but here we go. At the moment, I have two addresses displayed: the full http one and the page (?) title (IE Newsgroups Home). Both are preceded by a Microsoft icon, a blue square with a white M.

I have Win XP SP2, I had IE6 and updated to IE7, but in the company that is not an application autorized. I uninstalled IE7 and reinstalled IE6 and its uptades, now i have runtime error with IE6. What it's the problem here? What can I do to run IE6 with no problems?

My ISP (AT&T YAHOO) has decided to fill my mailbox page with dancing ads that are very annoying and distracting. Is there any way I can block them using IE7? Some newsgroups sy you can get a "plug-in" for some browsers. Is there one for IE?

Using windows 2000 professionaL and outlook express 6. It takes about two minytes to load and then works fine. I've read various things about how to resolve this but nothing seems to work - or the explanations are too brief to follow a step by step cure.
