When running several windows at the same time, the top most window can change
to another that has just finished loading a page.  Is there any way to

I have never had this problem before, but everytime I start my computer and
go to OE, the message is not displayed and says OE did not shut down
properly.  I know how to display the message, but what can I do about OE not

I'm trying to do a "save target as" of a large file via dial up.  The
download dialog says the file is ~38MB.
It always quits (dies?) early.  The best I've gotten is 19MB.  More often
it's at most 2-3MB.

Having a strange problem here, hopefully someone will have a suggestion:
Two of my users are trying to access a local government web page and browse

I am in a LAN environment and running XP SP 2 with IE 6. The problem is,
whenever I type an address in the address bar and press Enter IE just sits
there and doesn't do anything. The status of the web page during this wait is
'Done'.

Dialup.  Now I can only use ICQ but no IE pages open, nor Messenger use
