One website that I visit often has the following inline style scattered
throughout its pages (example edited for brevity):

When running several windows at the same time, the top most window can change
to another that has just finished loading a page.  Is there any way to
prevent this from happening?

I have never had this problem before, but everytime I start my computer and
go to OE, the message is not displayed and says OE did not shut down
properly.  I know how to display the message, but what can I do about OE not

I'm trying to do a "save target as" of a large file via dial up.  The
