I like to view the Drudge Report webpage. I find it annoying that the webpage causes IE to refresh shortly after I navigate to the page (usually when I'm trying to read something). How can I stop the webpage from automatically refreshing ?

How can I change the dial-up proxy settings on IE6 and IE7 via a batch file or visual basic script? Proxy settings in Lan config is easy, but the dial-up proxy setting is stored in binary form on registry, and I don't know how to change.

I am having problems, my ie loads up fine to the homepage and lets me navigate around it fine but as soon as I try to type in a different address in the address bar, it tries to open it in a new window and just comes up as a blank page which is incredibly hard to close something ...

Do I have a virus? My IE doesnt work. When I launch it, it will either not open at all, or open a blank page and my PC has no network activity at all. A number of other application seems to be slow and not responding too.
