Desktop icon doesn't have an OPEN option. But I can open from Start; Program Files; Internet Explorer. I can get to my "home" (default) page, but I cannot browse anywhere. Does somebody out there have an idea what's going on?

I am using XP SP2 and IE6. Under File->Page Setup, my network printer is showing 0 for all four margins. I am not able to change these. If I do try to change them, they revert back to 0 again the next time I select File->Page Setup. I have tried changing these values in

My IE6 only shows an icon bar consisting of the back, forward, refresh and History buttons that work OK, but no Standard Toobar (File, Edit, View, Tools, Actions, etc.), nor any other toolbars, just an address field. Other icons show but the balloon functions show incorrectly.

I can't find any info regarding this issue. When you click on an ActiveX Install link on a web page, you get the Yellow Info Bar at the top of the browser. You can right-click the bar and select Install the ActiveX.

When I open the desktop IE icon shortcuts are created. All other IE .exe work fine and if I make a shortcut of them they it work as well. I have tried removing the icon and placing it back on the desktop through the desktop settings but the same thing happens.

Whenever I startup Internet Explorer it starts with a Run AS Command box. Is there a way to shut this off, it is annoying. I asked my IT Dept. for help but they are not sure how to do it. So I am asking anyone here if they could help. Thanks!!
