Address Book changes are not staying11 Jun 2007 20:21 GMT3
When I make changes to my address book, they don't stay changed.  Even when I
restart the computer; when I get into my MSN Mail and go to send someone an
email, all the work I did on my address book is gone.  It's stuck in time.
Help??

I am getting some errors on my IE6 when browsing some web sites, see
below. Should I update Java?
I have windows XP, with a new computer installed.

1.  When I close internet explore I receive the following error message:
Iexplore.exe – Application Error
The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in the
application at location 0x7c812a5b.

How do I get rid of this adopavb/info?  After I log on to IE a second IE site
opens with this address.  I have used Xterminator and have pop up blocker on
but it does not stop it.  Help

I am working in Internet Explorer 6.  When I search in Yahoo and click on the
results, I go to a completely different page than I was searching.  Any ideas
on how to fix this?

Recently i had my hard drive reformatted & since then I cannot access certain
www addresses which I know are valid.
I operate XP + Norton.
My XP firewall is switched off in preference to Norton.

I had no reason to upgrade to IE 7 but I did when some web pages were
behaving abnormally.  I click and nothing happens.   If I use Firefox
or another browser, there is no problem.

My computer came with internet explorer.  I recently totally restored my
computer.  Since then the internet explorer keeps sending an error message on
my screen.  I recently got dsl and sincel then my computer  frequently turns
itself off and on and this error message comes up ...

IE7 hung when I was trying to delete a message.  I had to eventually reset
my computer as everything was totally locked.  When I rebooted and started
IE7, the folder I had been trying to delete a message from was gone.
I looked in my store folder and it shows up there with 1,442 ...

Can someone please tell me how to stop IE6 from 'shrinking' images in
the browser? I often look at images with text and when IE takes the
liberty to shrink them text often becomes unreadable. Then I have to
move the cursor to the bottom right of the images, wait for the resize

I was startled when my IE7 could not work.. So i decided to uninstall IE7..
But IE6 still cannot work. I am currently using Firefox.

I'm running XP HE SP2, IE6.
On some webpages, when I click on a link, a new window opens, loads, then
immediately closes again; the latest occurence of this was when trying to
view a link within www.accuweather.com - so I don't think 'dodgy' weblinks

We have MSN Premium and are using MSN Mail.  Whenever I first get into my
mail, there are read messages in my inbox from last November.  Back in
November, when this particular mail was read, they were deleted and the trash
emptied.

I have this very irritating issue which happens numerous times a day. Very
frustrating.
Copying large files (300-5000mb files) from a local drive to a windows 2003
file server on the same LAN.
