I've developed a new search feature for IE 6 & 7 browsers. It works great on XP and previous versions, but there appears to be some difficulties related to Vista. Does anyone have any suggestions related to IE plug-ins on Vista?

I am, trying to put a desktop shortcut to http://clubpenguin.com/ on my grand daughters desktop. That site appears to be a flash program and when I right click I do not get a pulldown that allows generating a shortcut. Any suggestions on how to create the shortcut on her desktop?
