This afternoon I successfully removed the Looksky trojan from my mates computer. However, one small problem, it has gone from all the user accounts in Windows XP, but every time anyone quits IE it comes up with an error box

I'd like to get rid of the links folder in my Favorites, but every time I try to delete it, it returns. I've even tried doing it through Windows Explorer, but it just won't go away. It's not a big deal, but still I feel like I'm loosing control... Any ideas? It's XP Pro with ...

Using IE6, I'm wondering if I can allow an ActiveX control to be executed without having the browser prompt a warning. I want to do this for a specific website, perhaps one which has been added as a Trusted Site.

After closing IE 7 I constantly get these two error reports. They do not seem to effect the browser, but are annoying. Exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade)occurred in the application at location 0x7C812a5b.
