I have vista and IE7
something happened/corrupted and now randomly while browsing the web, the
icon in the systray pops up that i have limited or no connectivity.  I have
to disable and re-enable the NIC to get it to work again.

Is there a group for Internet Explorer 7?  I'm having a problem periodically
with my home page, which is set for Google.  Sometimes when I click on the
Home page icon, I just get a page full of garbage.  I've submitted this to a
