All of a sudden my homepage, which used to be www.google.com, changed
to www.google.de.  I try to change it in internet settings and no joy,
it simply pops back to google.de.
I scanned for viruses, spyware, etc, also no joy.

Hello, Is there a way I can fix my IE6 (winXP pro sp2) which always open
white pages from my email's links in Outlook Express.  It also do that from
applications, so it is not possible to purchase the application.

Any idea why some English websites have their character sets rendered in
Asian characters?
I need the character sets for the Asian sites I visit, but not for obviously
English ones that are being rendered as Japanese and Chinese.

I click on my IE icon and it starts for a split second and then stops.  I can
see it in task manager for just a second.   I've uninstalled and reinstalled,
but the same thing is happening.  
If I type iexplore in "run" the same thing happens.   Any ideas?

I have a .bat file that I want to be able to run or download that is on my
intranet.  However, when I click on it I get a message that it was not found
when I try to right click on it and save it I get the following message:
